In September 2022, ALG Holdings launched The Evergreen Diversification Fund. The EDF is a private equity fund available to investors featuring ownership in assets from Kroh Exploration, Freaky Fast Home Buyers, Perrotti’s Pizza and Hyena’s Comedy Club.

In May of 2022, ALG Holdings acquired a former location of Red Brick Pizza in Colleyville. This location is planned to become Perrotti’s first mid-cities location in 2023.

ALG Holdings moves into a beautiful, new, modern office space at 105 Nursery Ln in Fort Worth, TX. ALG now shares office space with Kroh Exploration and Freaky Fast Homebuyers & Investments. With the whole team under one roof, everyone is excited about the synergy!

ALG Holdings closes on Perk Kafe in Manhattan, NYC. Perk Cafe is a small chain of three coffee shops on the east side of the island. In November of 2021, ALG Holdings visits Wall St. to sign closing paperwork on all of Perk Kafe’s locations and begin the exciting rebranding process.

In November of 2021, JB Yowell and Jason Engelman bought out Freaky Fast Homebuyers’ co-founder Matthew Hagerty, making Jason and JB partners.

ALG Holdings Family buys Perrotti’s Pizza, a heritage brand family pizza restaurant in Fort Worth. ALG Holdings is working on improvements to the interior location, the website and marketing to increase revenues of this already profiting business.

The FF Real Estate Fund LLC. was created and officially launched in January 2021. This fund was created to lend money to Freaky Fast Homebuyers to acquire and develop single family rental properties. The fund, a private placement, has provided excellent returns to it’s investors and allowed Freaky Fast to grow exponentially.

In August 2020, JB and Jamie Kinser launch Down To Business, a web series and reality show documenting JB’s business acquisitions and the interesting characters in their lives and businesses.

ALG represents a culmination of JB’s hard-earned business lessons and sets the stage for massive growth in what JB does best - starting, buying and building businesses. Also in 2019, JB assigns all of his assets under the ALG Holdings Family umbrella.

Brett Kroh established Kroh Exploration, LLC. JB becomes a minority partner.

In 2018 JB meets Brett Kroh after investing into Woodland Resources along with a few partners. Unfortunately, the Woodland Resources investment did not pan out. However the silver lining was JB’s new relationship with Brett Kroh, who was eager to establish his own oil & gas company.

In 2016 JB and Jamie Kinser founded The Blue Knight Agency along with Jamie’s sister and eventual ALG Holdings Family Vice President, Jillian Howell. BKA was a full-service digital and content marketing agency. They grew the company to have 10 full time employees and over 45 clients in just 2 years and sparked a passion in JB for marketing. In 2018, JB exited the company and sold assets to Jamie Kinser’s new company, Firecracker Agency.

In 2015, JB catches the showbusiness bug and begins a radio show called The Bryan Blue Show. His middle name is Bryan and his eyes are blue. He taps future ALG Senior Team Members, Jason Engelman and Jamie Kinser as well as Olivia Thomas as co-hosts. JB meets Paul Salfen, a genius at PR and Networking and the 5 of them together grow The Bryan Blue Show into a nationally syndicated radio show airing on 50 stations nationwide.

In 2011 JB founded Yohawk Energy, his first oil & gas company. Yohawk Energy thrived for 6 years. JB sold Yohawk Energy in 2016 after drilling many wells across dozens of projects.

JB is recruited by Cuningham Energy CEO Ryan Cunningham because of his outstanding reputation as a salesperson. JB raised 30-40 million dollars for oil and gas projects.

In 2009, JB accepted a position with Marshall & Marshall, a debt collection company. At Marshall & Marshall, JB’s manager and company owner, Darrell Stobaugh taught him the importance of discipline, perseverance and strength in business.

In 2007, JB founded a construction company, Rock Solid Construction with Chuck Hawkins. Rock Solid remodeled hundreds of homes and had a contract with HomeVestors.

Landon, JB’s first son and the “L” in ALG Holdings Family, is born.

A former employee of JB’s from IDI reaches out to JB and tells him about his new gig at an oil company. When JB heard about the potential income and sales process, it was love at first sight. At Magna Resources, JB learned how to invest money and how to get investors solid returns and was mentored by Kip Zimmerman.

Alyssa, JB’s first child and the “A” in ALG Holdings Family, is born.

In 2001 JB answered a newspaper ad for Internet Development Incorporated (IDI). IDI was an early drop-shipping company. His manager, Christopher Flores, hired JB for a commission only position as he had no prior sales experience, so JB offered to start working for free when Chris took a trip out of town to Utah. JB asked for Chris to record his pitch for him which he promptly memorized. While Chris was away, JB closed 4 big deals at 3-4k per new account. Upon Chris’ return, he was floored and hired JB full time with a team of 40 people. JB dug in and built and developed a sales team that sold drop shipping business opportunities and quickly grew the team to generating 100k per week in phone sales. He and his team established relationships with companies like Sony, Mitsubishi and etc... to let people sell their products online.

Entrepreneurship begins for Jeremy, “JB” when he starts his first business, Washadoggery, a pet grooming service. JB’s mentor in this process was Dr. Morris, a veterinarian. Dr. Morris taught JB the importance of being very detail oriented. JB alongside his longtime friend Chuck Hawkins (ALG’s current Operations Manager), they grew the business to 6 figures in just 1 year!

JB gets a job at Larry’s Shoes for men from owner Larry Goodwin. The shoe business was already in JB’s blood as he was raised around his grandfather, Ted Parish’s shoe store, Roger’s Shoes. Both Ted and Larry were pivotal mentors who taught JB important lessons on personality, charisma and integrity. JB fondly remembers the first time he witnessed Larry paid for his own shoes at his own store to keep his own store’s books straight!
