BRETT KROH

With just shy of a decade in the oil and gas industry, Brett Kroh brings abundant knowledge to the ALG Holdings Family. From raising capital, to land and lease acquisitions, and digging wells, Kroh has managed almost every aspect of commercial oil and gas. After working for years for an independent oil and gas company, he decided to take a leap and start out on his own.

In 2018, he founded Kroh Exploration. Instead of drilling new wells and clearing vast amounts of land, Kroh and his team take a softer approach by substantially increasing the production of underperforming existing wells in Texas. They are committed to having a minimal impact on wildlife and communities. His strong network of connections in the DFW area drives the company’s success. He believes that the oil and gas industry is a great vehicle to grow, utilize, and eventually diversify into other industries. Kroh graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a BA in business administration.

He is an avid runner and loves working with charities to give back to his community.
