REGIONAL DIRECTOR, PERROTTI’S PIZZA
Trent Nabors is known for having a tenacious drive, strong financial acumen and always striving for the pursuit of a fluid operation. Trent grew up playing sports, so leading from the front of the pack is second nature and also is in which the way Trent team builds. In 2013 Trent went from working at local Dallas/Fort Worth Top Golfs and into food and beverage full time with Trinity Groves Dallas concepts. Trent was then Director of Operations for Zalat Pizza. At Zalat Pizza Trent helped fuel a massive explosion of Zalat Pizzas across the metroplex with that tenacious drive and the pursuit of adding the best talent to his teams. In late 2019 Trent opened up his own restaurant in Lewisville, Tx called Green Truck Cafe. Trent owned and operated a farm to table cafe ranging from fresh coffee drinks, savory sandwiches and creative brunch dishes. Trent’s natural ability to lead and to mentor talent helps to create a strong management team throughout all concepts. In 2013 Trent had his son Elliott and they have been inseparable since. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, traveling and going to concerts with his son.
