Freaky Fast Home Buyers and Investments is a real estate investment company. We specialize in turnkey rentals. We buy single-family homes and either rent them out or use them as vacation rentals. A turnkey rental is a property that was distressed when we purchased it. We than rehab it ourselves, lease it out and manage it through our in house property management company. After it’s leased, we either sell it to an investor looking for a passive investment or we refinance it ourselves.

We have three options to invest with our company.

• The first option is to be a lender.

• Second, you can purchase a home and own it outright.

• Lastly, you can purchase into a partnership and own a percentage of multiple properties. The whole concept is to provide passive investment opportunities where your money works for you.
