Chuck Hawkins has decades of experience in construction, oil & gas and operations management. A long-time friend of JB Yowell, Chuck has been involved in many of JB’s endeavors, including their first business—Washadoggery, a pet grooming company. Washadoggery was a success. Old-school sales tactics—cold calls, flyers, knocking on doors—helped their canine cleaning company gross six figures in year one.

In 2011 Chuck co-founded Yohawk Energy with JB. Yohawk, a blend of their last names: Yowell and Hawkins, Yohawk was an oil and gas exploration and production company. Chuck is well-versed in the oil and gas industry with knowledge ranging from investor relations to orchestrating field operations and everything in between. Mr. Hawkins excels at working through complex problems that often require unorthodox solutions. After Yohawk was sold in 2015, Chuck dipped in and out of various sectors showcasing his strengths in mechanics, construction, fine craftsmanship and even in marketing! Chuck came along to work for JB’s marketing agency, Blue Knight Agency in 2017 as a copy writer and project manager.

When Kroh Exploration and Freaky Fast Homebuyers & Investments came along, JB knew Chuck was essential to both operations. Having massive wealth of knowledge in oil and gas field operations as well as residential construction, Chuck is perfectly positioned to assist in managing the field operations at Kroh Exploration as well as managing the teams of contractors rehabbing homes for Freaky Fast’s single-family rentals.

Chuck is a no-nonsense professional and also a dedicated family man. A father of 6 and in a relationship with ALG VP Jill Howell, Chuck has his hands full and is a dedicated member of the ALG Family. Chuck loves the outdoors and working on projects in his workshop.
