Adam J. Snook

DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

Adam Snook is known for his analytical mind and attention to detail. From his early career as a musician and manager at Guitar Center, Adam has always shown high-level leadership qualities. In 2015 Adam Snook shifted from working at local Dallas/Fort Worth music and entertainment venues to managing and bartending at Caves Lounge and Ozzie Rabbit Lodge in Fort Worth. When his sister-in-law, Jamie Kinser founded Firecracker Agency in the Fall of 2018, she tapped Adam as lead Project Manager because of his organizational skills and customer-service expertise. Adam was the V.P and Lead Project Manager for Firecracker Agency, a full-service digital marketing agency from 2018 to 2020. In this role, he not only managed the daily operations of Firecracker, but also took the initiative to learn video production, graphics design and excelled in market research. In 2020, when JB Yowell began outsourcing some of ALG Holding’s early marketing tasks to Jamie and Adam at Firecracker Agency, a light went off in JB’s mind. Adam had loads of practical, hands-on experience in the day to day operations in the hospitality industry, but had not yet been given a chance to lead an operation. JB put Adam in charge of market research and operations at Perrotti’s Pizza, and the rest is history! Adam was off to the races, organizing the food inventory, creating detailed budgets, creating menus, mastering human resources, and even learning the detailed inner workings of point of sale software. Adam’s problem solving skills and ability to adapt to ongoing changes makes him a unique and valuable asset to the ALG team. Adam is a devoted father and husband, and enjoys repairing and playing guitars in his free time.
